ScreenwritingU Alum Jeff Gress (ProSeries 54, MSC 5) has landed representation with manager Olga Nerey of Dapper Bird Entertainment. Jeff connected with Olga during the marketing phase of the Master Screenwriter Certificate Program. Great News, Jeff!

ScreenwritingU Alum Delia Colvin’s (ProSeries 49, MSC 4) thriller, RADAR CONTACT was optioned by Kim Furst of Kilo Foxtrot Films. Kim Furst is an award-winning director/producer. Harrison Ford has starred in her last three films. Delia wrote the first draft of RADAR CONTACT as part of the development team for ScreenwritingU’s MASTERING THE THRILLER GENRE.

ScreenwritingU Alum, Tom Freyer (ProSeries 45, MSC 4) signs with manager Kathy Muraviov, of The Muraviov Company. Tom is an optioned screenwriter who specializes in writing thrillers and actions based or inspired by true stories. Well Done, Tom!

Gallagher Literary Agency will represent ScreenwritingU Alum Tina Field Howe’s (ProSeries 33, MSC 2) feature sci-fi script. The project is currently in development with bPolin productions. Great Job, Tina!

ScreenwritingU Alum, Christian Wick (ProSeries 50, MSC 4) had his action screenplay SURVIVING SYRIA optioned by producer Rodrigo Galavis. Christian wrote the screenplay in ScreewritingU’s Master Screenwriter Certificate program and connected with the producer during the marketing phase. The project is currently in development. ScreenwritingU Alum, Bill Mitchell ( ProSeries 31 – MSC 4) has his comedy screenplay optioned by producer Dave Hoptman.  Producers Simone Bett and Magnus Wake of Encaptivate a production company based in the  UK have hired ScreenwritingU Alum Geoff Holder  (ProSeries 53) to rewrite the script for a supernatural thriller presently titled FIRST AND ONLY.  FIRST AND ONLY is an adaptation of the bestselling novel by Peter Flannery. Geoff also has his horror-comedy ZOMBIE PATROL currently in development with Visceral Films, scheduled for filming
