10-Day Classes
- Full refund is available up to midnight Pacific time of Day 3 of any 10-Day classes.
30 Day Class and 10 Week Rewrite Class
- Full refund is available up to midnight Pacific time of Day 5 of the 30-Day class.
- Full refund is available up to the Day 3 of the 10 Week Rewrite Class.
ProSeries
- Full refund is available up to midnight Pacific time of Day 3 of the ProSeries Class. 50% refund if notified before Day 1 of Module 2 of the program.
- You can transfer to a later ProSeries class for a $100 fee up to the end of Module 4 of the program.
- After Module 4, you can transfer to a future ProSeries for a 1/2 price fee.
- For payment plans, the $50 admin fee is not refundable.
Hollywood Meetings
- Refund minus 20% up to three weeks before the event.
- You can transfer to a future event up to 1 week before the event, with no fee.
- Within one week of the event, there will be no refunds or transfer of credits to future events.
