Screenwriter Karen Mueller Bryson (ProSeries 21) has been hired to co-write a screenplay about Shelby Rodriguez’s true life story.   This came on the heels of Karen’s first script being optioned!

Tentatively titled “Mom On A Mission,” Shelby was called the “Erin Brockovich of Antelope” after saving her 534-unit housing development from harmful fumes that had caused some to have asthma and other breathing related illnesses. The story has been covered in many news outlets, including People Magazine (see article here) and earned Shelby the 2009 Mom On A Mission award from HealthyChild.org.
