ScreenwritingU Alum Ryan Blackwell  (ProSeries 33) has his comedy/drama screenplay DEPARTMENT of LOST SOULS optioned by producers Kevin Luu and Kelly Luu.

The deal was initiated through a pitch through Virtual Pitch Fest.

Currently, the project is being prepped to obtain financing.
