I just wanted to thank you for the dialogue class. I enjoyed it; I especially liked the area of subtext. I liked the clarity and the application that adds depth and meaning. Something I need to imbibe my brain in. I also enjoyed the colorful dialogue. Anytime a writer can color a character through their dialogue, it makes that character pop. This increases the chances that your script will be noticed, not just by producers, but actors looking for that magic part that raises their credibility, making them attractive for stronger parts, notable mantras and higher pay. Thanks. Karen Crider

HIGHLY. I recommend this class highly. You’ll see really concrete ways to improve your dialogue, and you’ll see your existing dialog in new ways. Be prepared, though. To get the most out of this class you should spend the time to really work through the lessons…90-120 minutes a day. It’s not an easy A, but it’s genuine professional training at a fairly high level.

Excellent in every way. It will change the way you write – anything! It will change the way you watch movies, the way you listen to people, maybe even the way you interact with people.

Actionable, useful advice on writing comedy situations, characters and dialogue given in an easy to understand
way with numerous (and hilarious) examples. There is some required watching of movies involved but that's just
part of the fun. If you've never tried writing comedy before, this is the course you want. Even if you're what your
friends or colleagues call "naturally funny", this will still sharpen that skill, while giving you some fresh ideas to get
to the heart of your characters incongruity and the scripts comedic through-line. You'll leave this class understanding
what Comedic Principles are, and how to properly apply them. That alone is worth the price of admission.
