According to IMDBpro, actress Bai Ling (The Crow, Wild Wild West) has attached to the project DRAGON LADY, written by ScreenwritingU Alum Ed Rinkiewicz (ProSeries 34). 

Also attached are Jade Xu, and director Pearry Teo, along with producer Gabriel Horn of New Palace Films. 

New Palace Films is also developing another of Ed’s projects, an action/fantasy screenplay called SANTA CLAUS BEGINS.
