Screenwriter Orlanda Szabo (ProSeries 19) has been hired by author Doug Setter to adapt his latest book, SELO, for the screen.

Slated to be published in early 2012, SELO has been described as “a hard hitting Karate Kid meets Quicksilver.”

Orlanda will receive “Original Adaptation by” credit.  This is Orlanda’s second adaptation deal as the screenwriter.
