August 12, 2013: Ian Patrick Williams Has Another Screenplay Optioned!

ScreenwritingU Alum Ian Patrick Williams (ProSeries 15 & 25) has his screenplay THE DEVIL’S PROPHET optioned by Producer Micheal Roth of MJR Films.
After doing well in contests, MJR Films requested and read the script. They then arranged a meeting with Ian, which resulted in the production company's decision to option his screenplay.
A director has been attached and the project will soon go into the casting phase.
Ian's previous screenplays have been optioned by Full Moon Productions and Masterfilm International. He also co-authored the stage play BLEACHER BUMS, which was purchased and produced by Showtime.
Not only is Ian a talented writer, he's a successful actor with over 80 credits!
