April 23, 2014: Discovery Channel Buys Ron Chepesiuk’s Documentary

The Discovery Channel has bought ScreenwritingU Alum (ProSeries 45) Ron Chepesiuk’s documentary-“The Frank Matthews Story: The Rise and Disappearance of Frank Matthews, Kingpin,” which Ron co-directed and co-produced.
The documentary will be available for showing on Discovery’s worldwide affiliates, through its film distributor Nelson Madison Films beginning the summer of 2014,
Ron also published a book on Frank Matthews, which has been optioned by producer Dan Pearson of Dan4Films.
