ScreenwritingU Alum Dawn Crouch (ProSeries 31) has signed an option agreement with Producer Dominique Luchart (ProSeries 34) of Windhorse Entertainment for her screenplay DEAD CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND.

The collaboration began during a  ScreenwritingU Professional Rewrite Course, in which Dawn and Dominque were feedback partners. The two worked well together and Dominque really liked Dawn's writing and ideas.

Dawn will receive sole writing credit and Dominque will produce and direct.  The film is now in the financing stage, and the production company has a sales agent that will represent it in Toronto.

Plans are to begin filming in Vancouver BC this fall.
