Mastering Fearlessness As a Writer

This program is about two things:

1. SUCCESS AT MARKETING PROJECTS: The experience of creating a great pitch, building your network, marketing your script proactively, and interacting with producers and managers as a peer! 

2. MASTERING FEARLESSNESS: Building a Fearless state that you operate out of when you interact with the TV and Movie Industry. 

By the end, you will be a different person in this industry.  And you’ll be much stronger in the rest of your life. 

OBJECTIVE:  Install Fearlessness as a natural state that you can access at any time!  

KEY:  Throughout the program, we’ll connect Fearlessness to every part of the networking and marketing process. 

PRE-EVENT

Zoom Meetings

• Create Your 10 Diamonds Pitch
• Build your Producer and Manager Network
• Begin the “Fearless” process. 

EVENT 1 – Build Fearlessness into Your Thinking

This is three full Sundays that will have you master pitching and fearlessness. 

• Learn the 50 Script Request Model
• Use the “No Fear Process.”    Once you master this, you’ll have the ability to achieve fearlessness in any situation! 
• Master the 7 Pitches
•  Success at phone calls and zoom meetings!
• The Pitching Gauntlet!

During this program you will pitch to managers in an educational setting.  We will prepare you for your pitches.

EVENT 2 – Four Weeks of Guided Marketing

• Week 1:  Market to Producers
• Week 2:  Go out for Recommendations
• Week 3:  Return to Producers for Writing Assignments
• Week 4:  Go out to Managers

Certificates given for 20, 30, 40, and 50+ Script Requests! 

DATES 

• Part 1:  Creating Your 10 Diamonds:   Nov. 18 and Dec. 16 at 6 PM
• Part 2:  Mastering Pitching:  Three FULL DAYS on Sundays – Jan. 16, 23, and 30, 2022.
• Part 3:  Marketing Fearlessly:  Thursdays at 6 PM, Feb. 3 to March 3, 2022

**Prerequisite:  You must be a ProSeries student or alumni.  If you have not taken either the MSC or Binge Worthy TV™ classes, we will send you a pre-class called “Power Players”.  This class enables you to interact at a professional level with managers and producers at the event.
